Thermal Conductive Silicone Rubber
Thermal Conductive Silicone Rubber is a single-component, heat-conductive, room-temperature curable viscous liquid or paste-like silicone sealant, the main components of which are polysiloxane, SiO2, aluminum oxide, etc. It can combine with moisture in the air at room temperature to cause cross-linking, and vulcanize into a high-performance elastomer, which plays the role of thermal conductivity, insulation, bonding, and sealing.
Thermal Conductive Silicone Rubber materials have good adhesion to many materials such as metal, glass, and ceramics. They have the ability to resist stretching, vibration, and impact in a wide temperature range (-60 to 200°C), and are widely used in a variety of electronic component products.
For unused products, the solidified colloid at the sealing mouth should be removed immediately and the tube cap should be tightened to prevent the remaining colloid from solidifying in the tube and affecting the next normal use.
