Age under 45, with more than 5 years of research and development experience in thermal materials (such as thermal pads, thermal gels, thermal grease, and thermal adhesives).
Strong analytical and comprehension abilities regarding R&D approaches, with deep theoretical knowledge and a high level of academic literacy.
Experience in R&D project initiation, invention patents, utility model patents, academic papers, and project proposal writing.
Proven track record of mature R&D results and experience in developing import substitution projects.
